VERDOT inaugurates its new industrial site in Saint-Beauzire.

Based at Biopôle Clermont-Limagne, VERDOT has reached a new milestone in its industrial development with the inauguration of its new headquarters and production centre at the Saint-Beauzire site. This new facility will enable the company to increase its production capacity and support its international growth.

A specialist in purification technologies for biotechnological and biopharmaceutical processes, VERDOT inaugurated its new headquarters and production centre on 15 September 2026, in the presence of Sébastien Martin, Minister Delegate for Industry, among other guests.

Built at the heart of Biopôle Clermont-Limagne, this new 4,200 m² facility marks an important milestone for the company, which is continuing its industrial development while strengthening its presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

It brings together production, engineering, research and development, and applications teams at a single location. This organisation is designed to enable VERDOT to improve efficiency and shorten project lead times, whether for standard solutions or tailor-made systems developed for its customers.

The investment will primarily enable the company to increase its production capacity by 150%. VERDOT will thus be able to expand production of chromatography systems, tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems, chromatography columns and purification equipment specifically designed to meet the needs of its biopharmaceutical customers.

From its Saint-Beauzire site, VERDOT develops and manufactures technologies for biotechnology and biopharmaceutical companies, research organisations and CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations). Its equipment is used in the purification, separation and concentration of biomolecules essential to modern biotherapies, including monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, viral vectors such as AAVs and lentiviruses, as well as messenger RNA-based therapies.

The company has a strong industrial and international positioning: manufacturing cutting-edge technologies in France for global bioproduction markets.

The new site project was also selected as part of the France 2030 “Industrialisation and Health Capacities 2030” programme, which supports the development of strategic industrial capabilities in the healthcare sector, particularly in bioproduction and biotherapies.
