The Riom site is closed site under video surveillance with a 24/7 guard post and anti-intrusion devices such as access control by badge. The Riom site also has monitored storage facilities (cold rooms with remote alarm, ventilated cupboards). The staff at this site are experienced in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and assist tenants in complying with the safety procedures.
On the two sites of Saint-Beauzire and Riom, the tenant companies benefit from permanent staff management of maintenance and monitoring of mandatory inspections of electrical installations, fire safety systems (fire extinguisher detection, fire doors, smoke vents), emergency equipment such as showers, pressure or gas appliances, lifting equipment (goods lifts and lifts) and refrigeration installations.
In Saint-Beauzire, the reception building of the SMO Biopôle Clermont-Limagne and a tertiary building are equipped with an anti-intrusion system with remote surveillance.
