DESCRIPTION

This module includes three offices (12 to 14 m²), three laboratories (18, 29, and 86 m²), a 3 m² technical room, a 6 m² changing room, and male/female restrooms.

The main laboratory is equipped with a fume hood installed on a workbench.

The building is fitted with a heat pump system (Toshiba DRV SHRMe 3-pipe unit) installed at the end of 2023, allowing simultaneous heating and cooling of the three offices and the reception area. The three laboratories and the technical room are each equipped with independent Mitsubishi heat pumps.
