DESCRIPTION
This independent 272 m² Controlled Atmosphere Zone (CAZ), located at the heart of an industrial building, includes 8 laboratories of 22 m² each, connected by a central corridor, and one entry airlock. Three additional rooms (4 to 6 m²) for use as changing rooms or storage complete the premises. Stainless steel doors. Laboratory with direct outdoor access.

Air Handling Unit (AHU) with G4 and F7 filters, remotely managed via the Building Management System (BMS), with continuous temperature monitoring. KIMO liquid manometers are installed for room pressure measurement.

380-volt power supply, floor drain system for laboratory cleaning, and medium-pressure washing system available. Compressed air and gas line connections possible.

Offices: an administrative building is available on-site with offices for rent ranging from 10 to 20 m².
