DESCRIPTION
This independent 79 m² Controlled Atmosphere Zone (CAZ), located at the heart of an industrial building, includes 3 laboratories ranging from 14 to 25 m², connected by a central corridor, and one entry airlock. Three additional 5 m² rooms complete the premises.

Air Handling Unit (AHU) with G4 and F7 filters, remotely managed via the Building Management System (BMS), with continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity levels, including alarm functions.

Compressed air and vacuum systems, hot and cold water supplies. Gas line connections available.

Available: laboratory benches, furniture, and equipment.
Offices: an administrative building is available on-site with offices for rent ranging from 10 to 20 m².

Fiber optic internet eligible (subscription by tenant).
