Companies at the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne have access to shared services.
At the Saint-Beauzire site, in the main reception building, there is a reprography area and three meeting rooms:

A yellow room for 8 people (65″ video conferencing screen, coffee, Wi-Fi)

A large blue room, which can accommodate up to 40 seated participants (video projector, coffee, Wi-Fi)

A small green self-service room, suitable for meetings of up to 3 people (coffee, Wi-Fi)
The multipurpose room in the reception building can also host events with up to 140 participants.
