A vocational training center dedicated to bakery and innovation.
The Académie Nationale de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie (ANBP – National Academy of Bakery and Pastry) prepares apprentices to baker jobs from beginners to master level. But this vocational training center is also an experimentation space to respond to major issues of the bakery sector.
ANBP also proposes :
