DESCRIPTION
This independent 381 m² Controlled Atmosphere Zone (CAZ), located at the heart of an industrial building, includes 18 rooms, three main laboratories ranging from 25 to 27 m², and several smaller labs. The “Dagard” metallic sandwich panel partitions allow for the creation of larger spaces if needed. Cold room located in area 861. Direct outdoor access with controlled entry. One fume hood. Compressed air and gas line connections possible.

Air Handling Unit (AHU) with G4 and F7 filters, remotely managed via the Building Management System (BMS) for real-time temperature monitoring in each room.

Laboratory with direct outdoor access.

Offices: an administrative building is available on-site with offices for rent ranging from 10 to 20 m².
