DESCRIPTION
This independent 368 m² Controlled Atmosphere Zone (CAZ), located at the heart of an industrial building, includes 12 rooms: 8 laboratories ranging from 25 to 28 m², 4 rooms of 6 to 7 m², and 2 entrance airlocks (male/female) with changing rooms and showers, as well as the connecting corridors. A second disinfection airlock (Sas 2) is located at the zone entrance, providing access to the door of an autoclave installed in laboratory 817.

Air Handling Unit (AHU) equipped with G4 and HEPA filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air – stops 99.95% of 0.3-micron particles), remotely managed via the Building Management System (BMS). The system includes a humidifier for humidity control, with continuous recording of temperature and hygrometry data. Pressure gauges are installed for room pressure monitoring.
Lighting is 100% LED, adjustable in both color and intensity.

Offices: an administrative building is available on-site with offices for rent ranging from 10 to 20 m².
